Refund policy

At Love Dogs Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Please see the exceptions chapter to make sure the product type is eligible for a return.

  • Items can be returned within 20 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at shoplovedogs@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • European Union 3 day cooling off period - Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 business days after the delivery to arrange an exchange.
  • European Union 3 day cooling off period - Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exceptions

These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized items (any products that include personalized names, custom-made designs or if you chose a dog to place on the design).
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Digital downloads.
  • Gift cards.
