We offer 2 brands of t-shirts and sweatshirts.

1) Regular Sweatshirt Gildan 18000: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyesters blend, lightweight.

2) Premium Sweatshirt Comfort Colors 1566: 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester blend, heavyweight.

3) Premium T-Shirt Comfort Colors 1717: 100% Ring-spun cotton, heavyweight.

4) Regular T-Shirt Gildan Softstyle 64000: 100% ring-spun cotton, lightweight.

Lightweight fabrics are lighter, not as thick versus the heavyweight that will be warmer, but also hold on for longer after washing. This doesn't mean that one is better than the other. It comes down to your own preference and the environment, weather you live in.

USA: up to 1.5 weeks (average 3-4 business days)

Our shipping time depends on the country you are located in and product you are ordering. We work with facilities all over the world, but not all products are always available in the closest facility. For example, whiskey glasses are only printed in the USA. Mugs are available for fast shipping worldwide. Things can change based on the demand of certain t-shirt colors. Message us at shoplovedogs@gmail.com and let us know the dog breed you are looking for, and preferably send us a photo. We will look through our dog design library to match with what you are looking for (if possible).

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

What you have to do:
Message us at shoplovedogs@gmail.com within 2 weeks after receiving the product and send us pictures of the damaged or mislabeled item, explaining the problem. That's it, we will take care of it!

Before ordering please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address! Always include your phone number (we, as a store, don't need it, but the delivery companies might).

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We try our very best to provide you with sizing charts for all the products. Please do check them before ordering.

As we are a small one-person business, our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for these orders. Thank you for understanding.
